Commercial Electronic Message Authorization Clarification and Approval Text

Within the scope of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, the Law on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages and other legislations, as Maçka Accommodation and Hotel Services Inc. ("Pera Palace Hotel"), we want to inform our valued customers about commercial electronic messages and provide you with a better service by obtaining your commercial electronic message approval.

Commercial electronic messaging; telephone, call centers, fax, automatic dialing machines, intelligent voice recorder systems, electronic mail, short message service and data, audio and video messages that are carried out electronically and sent for commercial purposes.  Commercial electronic messages can only be sent to recipients with their prior consent. This consent may be obtained in writing or by any means of electronic communication. Recipients may refuse to receive commercial electronic messages at any time without giving any justification. In this context, even if you give your consent to the sending of commercial electronic messages, you can always refuse to receive commercial electronic messages at any time without specifying any reason by entering the link in the shipment.

("Pera Palace Hotel") through all kinds of channels including but not limited to website records, membership records, digital marketing and call center, social media, organizers, suppliers, business partners and through verbal, written or electronic media; my personal and/or special quality personal data; obtaining, recording, storing, changing, updating, periodically controlling, rearranging, classifying, retaining for the period required for the purpose for which they are processed or stipulated in the relevant law, in case of actual legal or service-related actual requirements, Maçka Accommodation and Hotel Services Inc.
